Once you have integration enabled on your Testgrid Account, you can follow the instructions in this article to get set up.

Link your Testgrid account with JobAdder
These steps will link your JobAdder and Testgrid accounts. These steps will only need to be completed once to get set up on JobAdder.
Step 1: Log into Testgrid platform at oxygen.testgrid.com
Step 2: In a separate tab, log in to your JobAdder account.
Step 3: Open the JobAdder authorisation Link. If you do not have this, contact [email protected] for a copy of your link.
Step 4: On the page that appears, click Accept to authorise the JobAdder-Testgrid connection:
Step 6: Select your Cost Centre and click Submit
If you do not see any cost centres, try accessing the page in another web browser. We recommend Mozilla Firefox.
When you see the SUCCESS message, your account has now been authenticated, and you can close the page.
Link your Testgrid Evaluation with a JobAdder Job
The steps below will need to be repeated for each Job -> Evaluation connection.
Please note, each Testgrid Evaluation can now be connected to multiple JobAdder jobs. If you would like to use the same assessments on multiple jobs, you only need to set up 1 evaluation on the Testgrid platform.
Step 1: Create your job on JobAdder if you haven't done so already
Step 2: Open the job on JobAdder
Step 3: From the top-right corner of the Job page, select Actions > Testgrid > Associate With Assessment Package
If you do not see the Testgrid option in the Actions menu, log out and back in to JobAdder.
Step 4: Select the Evaluation from the list on the next page. This will be a list of all Testgrid evaluations you have available.
If this is a newly created evaluation, please contact [email protected] to request the back-end integration setup. This is required in order to send results back to JobAdder.
Step 5: Click Select
Step 6: Go back to your job and select your candidates using the checkbox. On the right side of the candidate list, select Actions > Testgrid > Submit Applications for Testing
This will show you a confirmation on screen in JobAdder, and you will see the candidates are created in the Testgrid evaluation.
Your candidates will receive an invitation email from the Testgrid platform.
Review Completed Assessment Results
Once a candidate has completed their online assessment task(s), you will be able to see their results on the Applications tab in your account, by clicking Results in the Testgrid Status column:
You can also view reports on the Testgrid platform at oxygen.testgrid.com .
