The Consolidated Report is a feature which allows you to combine a participant's individual reports into a single PDF. There are certain conditions for generating this report:
- This only applies to evaluations including the NEO, PAI, PDS or SDQ reports.
- The individual reports must already be generated.
- The Consolidated Report cannot be updated once ordered, so you will need to generate all of the reports you want to include before ordering.
- Group reports cannot be included in the consolidated report.
To generate a Consolidated Report please follow the instructions below.
Generate all of the individual reports for the candidate(s). | If you are not familiar with how to generate reports, please check out our instructions here and then return to the rest of the steps below. |
Wait 30 minutes. | Please wait 30 minutes for the reports to generate fully. If there are any reports that are still being processed, there may be errors in the consolidated report. |
After 10 minutes, head back to the reports tab, and select Individual Reports > Cross Activity Reports > Consolidated Report | |
Select the participant(s) to order the Consolidated Report for and click Generate Report. | |
Once your report is ready, you will see the checkbox change to a View link. Click this to download your report: |
