Once your organisation has MFA enabled, you will be prompted to set it up when you log in to Testgrid for the first time. There are two options for MFA:
- Email - This option means that when you login you will be sent a short code to your email that you will need to authenticate your account. You will receive this email each time you log in.
- Authenticator app - This option allows you to use an approved 3rd party authenticator app that your organisation allows such as Google Authenticator, you will need to approve in the app whenever you try to log into Testgrid.
Once you have set up MFA, you will be prompted for the current code each time you log in to the Testgrid website:

- Check your inbox for the email, then enter the code and click Validate.
- Once you see the success message, click Done.
